WHAT IS A SITE AUDIT?

We check the structure of your website, we look for the core and module updates, hacked modules (manually overridden code on the contributed work), we do a security review, we check the server setup, if the site is using a versioning tool (e.g. git) and we look for bottlenecks. Then we report back to you with the findings.

HOW DOES SUPPORT PROCESS WORK?

After the site audit, we setup our development and local environments to start working on your website. When you request for a fix or a feature, we create a ticket for it on TeamworkPM and give you an estimate. After your approval, we start working on the ticket on JIRA. Then the iteration starts, when the work passes the review, we show the work to you and then deploy it to the production

WHAT IS THE KANBAN PROCESS?

We use Agile Software Development methodology for development. We have a board of columns for each ticket, as we work on them we pass the ticket to the next stage to be reviewed. When the ticket satisfies the requirements, we deploy the work to the production environment.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR THE BUILDS?

Other than support, builds need analysis at the beginning. Our analyst work with you to understand the requirements, prepare on mockups and infrastructure architecture. Only then we start creating tickets for each request on JIRA and then start the development procedure.
